This is just going to be a very brief post to let those interested know that I now have a Facebook page for Tom’s Big Spiders. I’ve had a lot of folks ask if I was on Facebook, and although I’ve had a personal account for years, I rarely use it. However, after some encouragement from a couple hobbyist, I’ve decided to get the page I set up last year going. I will be posting articles from TBS and videos on my YouTube channel, as well as other less formal stuff.
Bear with me as I try to figure out how to use FB again…boy it’s been a while!

Glad to see you pushing there. For a time I tried to stay on G+ for most of the “T” stuff as the FB groups are places to check your brain at the door most of the time, or generate a brain embolism from the idiocy. The problem is that G+/google is kind of a desert when it comes to activity. FB has pretty locked up the social media outside of blogging/youtube. Good for activity, and…bad for same. heh.

So far, so good! Tease, help…whatever. I can take it. Yeah, it’s been a long time coming. I actually set that Facebook page up last year and COMPLETELY forgot about it. It’ll be a nice way to post more “fun” stuff while have a central place to cross-post blogs and videos. Like you said, G+ is a bit of a lonely, quiet place (although, part of me likes that; makes me feel like a rebel by posting in a place where NO ONE hangs out).
